1. Scope of Site & Catalog Divisions

Iron Ascension operates as a high-tier product catalog and apparel platform divided into two primary sections:

• Compound & Performance Catalog: An informational and reservation catalog featuring performance-related products and support products.
• Iron Ascension Merchandise: A dedicated section offering official brand apparel, training gear, and fitness accessories.

2. Order-Request Workflow & Cart Reservation

To maintain quality control, inventory allocation, and fulfillment integrity, Iron Ascension operates on an Order-Request Cart Workflow:

• Request Submission Is Not Final Billing: Adding products or merchandise to your reservation cart and submitting an order request generates a pending reservation. It does not constitute an immediate credit card transaction or instant sale.
• Request Review & Verification: All order requests are subject to inventory verification and allocation by our logistics team.
• Cancellation Before Finalization: You may modify or cancel an order request prior to receiving formal payment confirmation and dispatch instructions, subject to applicable policies and law.

3. User Representation & Legal Eligibility

By submitting an order request or interacting with the Iron Ascension platform, you affirm and agree that:

• Age Requirement: You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Accurate Details: All contact, shipping, and user information provided during the order-request process is truthful, complete, and accurate.
• Lawful Personal Use: You will use the website and merchandise only for lawful purposes and will not use the platform to facilitate unlawful activity.

4. Product Availability & Catalog Accuracy

• Inventory Reservations: Items listed in the catalog are subject to availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee fulfillment if available inventory is exhausted before review.
• Specification Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy regarding product descriptions, sizing charts, and catalog listings, Iron Ascension reserves the right to correct typographical errors or update inventory information when necessary.

5. Merchandise Returns & Final-Sale Items

• Merchandise Exchanges: Official Iron Ascension apparel and gear may be exchanged for sizing adjustments or returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging, subject to applicable return policies.
• Restricted or Regulated Products: Where applicable, products that are regulated, restricted, or otherwise subject to special handling may be subject to additional legal and fulfillment restrictions.
